The big water parks (WaterWorld, Aphrodite, Fasouri) and Paphos Zoo sell tickets online, and platforms like GetYourGuide and Viator cover Cyprus water parks, glass-bottom boat trips, go-karting and family day tours — handy for skip-the-line entry in peak season. Travelling from the airport with kids and gear? A pre-booked transfer is the easy door-to-door option.

💡Good to know with kids

• Best months are May–June and September–October — warm sea, gentler heat and smaller crowds. July–August is hot (35°C+) and busy; book water parks early.
• Beat the midday sun. Keep kids shaded 12:00–16:00, high-SPF, hats and water; many beaches and parks have little natural shade, so rent an umbrella early.
• Water-park ride rules. Under-2s (or 3s) usually go free; big slides carry a minimum height (~1.2 m) and swimming requirement — little ones stick to the kids' zones.
• Water shoes on rocks. Sandy family beaches are fine, but rocky spots (Cape Greco, some Paphos/Protaras coves) can have sea-urchins. Jellyfish are uncommon.
• Strollers. Promenades, malls, the zoo and aquarium are buggy-friendly; archaeological sites, Cape Greco and Troodos trails are uneven — a carrier is easier.
• You'll want a car for the camel/donkey farms, Salt Lake, Cape Greco and Troodos; resort centres and their beaches are walkable.
